Wrick Tomas, Eric Callueng, and their team of coaches were brought up in one of the top MMA and Jiu Jitsu schools in the nation. Under the watchful eye of legendary Coach Rob Kahn at Gracie Tampa they have grown into world class instructors. Their goal is to create a family oriented gym where people of all ages can come train, have fun, and start their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey.
In just under two years they have built a highly successful competition team with a stable of talented grapplers of all ages. I was out of shape, overweight, and had really low self-esteem. I finally decided to do something about it, and started to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In less than six months, I no longer suffered from depression, lost almost 30lbs, and my confidence was through the roof.

Recently, my guys were drilling back attacks and back defense in class. There is a new kid that has been training with us for a month: he's 16, about 6ft tall 230-240 lbs, trained at an affiliate school for an undetermined amount of time, and has been training with his buddies in his garage for a year or two.

Coach Wrick and Cowboy know how to motivate and push everyone to become better weather your goal is competition or to learn as a hobby. There's a real focus on developing the right type of game whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner. We are growing not only as individual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners but as a team who pushes one another to get better day in and day out. A great place to train Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, and grappling in a fun friendly family environment. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated! They pay special attention to each and every student regardless of belt level. I drive almost an hour to train there five days a week (and try to make open mats on the weekends). Hands down the best Jiu Jitsu training gym in the Wesley Chapel area, and even North Hillsborough and all of Pasco County.
I live in Brandon and make the drive. It's worth it!
