The company was originally started by Jerry and Barbara Weber, along with their three sons and daughter. This is where the S (sons) D (daughter) W (wife) comes from in the company name.
The company is now owned and operated by their eldest son Michael (Mike) G. Weber, and their son-in-law, Robert (Bob) Matherly, Jr., with assistance from both their wives and eight children. When Jerry and Barbara Weber moved their family to Central Florida from Michigan in 1972 they were searching for warmer weather so Jerry could continue to practice his craft in the construction industry.

Weber & SDW , (Mike and Bob) completely renovated my master bathroom and did an outstanding job. I liked them and their sub-contractors so well that I also used them to renovate my kitchen, laundry, family room, and change all internal doors and base moulding. I liked the fact that there were no surprises once we agreed on the scope of work. Their price was competitive, quality of work is top-notch, they respected my home, and maybe most important of all, Mike communicated with me throughout the process and was always reachable if I had a question or concern.
