Clear View Mortgage (CVM) was launched in 2015 and was founded by Newport Beach resident Bill Seitz. Utilizing over 18+ years of experience in both in real estate and mortgage banking, Bill created a wholesale platform that helps streamline and cuts costs for borrowers. CVM knows the complexities and moving parts that come with each real estate transaction.
Bill Seitz is a California Real Estate broker and one of the founding partners of Clear View Mortgage and Alta Realty Group CA. Bill got into the real estate business in November of 2002. He started in Real Estate by getting his salesperson license and working for a top producing team at Prudential's Irvine office.
