Master DeAngelis is a Fourth Degree Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan and has been involved in martial arts since 1980. He has trained in boxing, Isshin-Ryu Karate, Kendo. Certified through the United States Chanbara Association and and trained with Dana Abbot. He holds a Fourth Degree Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan.
He received 2013 Excellence in Teaching The Martial Arts Award, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Goodwill Ambassador of the Martial Arts Through Action Martial Arts Magazines Hall of Honors. President of Lady Dragons Association, an Agent for The National Security Alliance Kid's Safe Network, Certified through the United States Chanbara Association.

Sensei Ellen Wargo, 1st Degree Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan, Vice President of The Lady Dragon Association. Sensei Ellen instructs at The Palmyra Location. She enjoys instructing children and adults. Sensei Laura King, is a 1st Degree Black Belt, Treasurer for The Lady Dragons Association and instructs our Lil Dragons and Karate Tigers program for our Palmyra location.

Sensei Jan, Bob, Laura, & Ellen are fabulous. They work extremely well with children. My four-year old has been going off and on since she was three. They are very patient. More patient than I could be. This is a great class to introduce your young child to discipline, respect, and self-confidence. I highly recommend.
