Okay I am still in the process of dealing with this particular realtor so far she and her son have been nothing short of amazing going the extra mile to make sure we get top dollar for our house and that we find a good deal on the house we are looking to buy even came out to her house to look everything over and make a list of what should and shouldn't be done.
