We provide a full range of estate planning and estate administration services involving both testamentary and lifetime planning on a multi-generational basis. Our clients include individuals and families of substantial wealth, family businesses, charitable organizations, and financial institutions serving as fiduciaries.
Our real estate practice encompasses a broad range of transactions and clientele, ranging from residential matters to large, sophisticated commercial transactions. We negotiate and prepare all necessary transactional documents and render advice on the evaluation and structuring of legal entities used to own and operate real estate investments.
Since his admission to the bar in 1982, Blake has developed a broad legal background with practical experience in a wide variety of legal disciplines. Blake is currently engaged in an active general practice, with an emphasis in civil and family matters, small businesses, real estate and transactional work, some criminal matters, and in-court representation of clients in litigation.
Austin Rabon is a civil and criminal attorney who represents both individuals and business entities in a wide range of matters. Austin graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He was a member of the American Indian Law Review, Native American National Moot Court Team, and the Employment Law Trial Team.
