This company is such a joke. Made the reservation and then they try to cancel the day before and also try to increase the cost from $130 to $180 thinking I didn't remember the quote. Please do not use these guys you are better off hitchhiking bc their response was, "we aren't sure if we can get to you, may yes maybe no." What a joke.

Haben was wonderful! Arrived on time in a beautiful car with plenty of room for four passengers and luggage. As a special touch, he included chilled water to quench our thirst. We contacted him for our return ride as well. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you.

A couple days ago I reached out to Seattle Express for a last minute town car request and they were able to provide me with great customer service along with securing a car for my executive. I would highly recommend using their services. They are easily accessible via phone or website. They also provide me with status on the driver that was scheduled.

So ordered a sedan for 815pm on 8/8/18 I called repeatedly and was assured he was on the way. I missed a call, because I was packing my car up to drive to the airport myself. I called At 838pm still no driver. I drove myself. I was officially running so far behind had to do terminal direct parking and will have incurred $518.00 dollars in parking fees by the the time I return on Wed. $37.00 a day for 14 days... So much fun... my ride was supposed to be $80.00 round trip. So the way I see it they owe me $438.00 IJS this company was just NOT prepared and completely dropped the ball.
