The CARQUEST Coast-to-Coast Guarantee reaches across the United States, Canada and Mexico to guarantee CARQUEST parts installed at any of the nearly 4,000 TECH-NET Professional centers throughout North America. Under this program, parts submitted for warranty claims that were purchased at a CARQUEST Auto Parts store can be replaced free of charge (excluding any labor cost) at any TECH-NET Professional facility.

Jim’s did an excellent job of getting my vehicle repairs done quickly. Other shops around this area turned down replacing wheel studs on a WRX. I called them and got my vehicle dropped off that night and they had the work finished by the next morning. Very good and friendly customer service! Thanks for all the help.

Jim’s was referred to me by a Facebook group. I called Jim’s and they picked up my truck, sent me a text with a diagnosis and dropped it back off at my house when repaired. I thought I got a good value in the repair as well. They sent me a text to pay my bill, I never had to go to the garage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They definitely earned my future business.
