We’ve only lived down here for 2 years and used the plumber that was referred to us by previous owner. My husband accidentally put a staple in our sewer line and called that plumber and they are no longer in business and would not give a referral. What to do? Googled plumbers in area and found Cole’s Plumbing with great reviews.Called on Monday and initially they weren’t going to be here until Wed. They called last night and said they could come first thing this morning. They were and got us fixed up! Will definitely call them again!! (Always give a review, especially for a service. It helps

I was trying to get a leak fixed on a rental property in Bay Saint Louis MS and after having terrible experiences with a local plumbing company there, I called Cole's. They came out to the property and got the job done promptly. Did an amazing job and sent me an extensive invoice with photographs of before and after. Their prices are absolutely fair too! Highly recommended!
Also I was able to make a payment by doing a free bank transfer. It made it so easy!

In the midst of a pandemic that is growing worse by the day, I see an individual wearing a Cole's Plumbing shirt enter Home Depot during its morning rush, take the time to put sanitizer on his hands at the entrance, thereby protecting himself, but refuse to wear a mask when it is explicitly required. Complete lack of respect for the health and safety of others. Absolutely no excuse. This individual should look for work elsewhere, perhaps within the Trump Foundation.

I purchased a new home and noted one of the faucets kept leaking whoever it was used. Concerned that this could develop into a larger problem if not taken care of I called Cole's Plumbing. I asked which faucet brand I should replace the existing one with and was guided by the rather pleasant and knowledgeable voice on the line.
I purchased my faucets but forgot to call possibly due to the Corona Virus outbreak. I received a call from Coles Plumbing and was very pleased to see Joseph and Jacob arrive 20 min later. They were very very aware of social distancing, I felt comfortable allowing

I was in need of a plumbing company to unstop a toilet at my house. I was tired of using a company that charged me $200 just to walk in my front door without even looking at the problem. I heard a commercial for Cole's Plumbing on the radio and decided to call them up. The lady who took my call was extremely polite and very accommodating. She was willing to send someone to my house the same day but work obligations prevented that from happening. She gave me the first appointment the following day. The plumber who showed up (Zack) was 30 minutes EARLY. He was polite and professional. Diagnosed and

I have known COLES plumbing for years and each and every time I call them its an emergency! Its crazy but almost before I am hanging up the phone they have a service person at my home...The best part is these are ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE plumbers and they do not leave until they finish the job....EVEN when its over 100 degree heat index...AND on top of that I had a home warranty company that of course tried to get away without covering my issue and they worked with them and myself to make sure I was paid...It helps when you have a plumbing company that doesnt price gouge! Yes I am VERY pleased and relieved
