Dr. Dave has been helping me with my migraine issues for well over 25 years. I've tried other chiropractic services when he was not available, like when I lived outside of Colorado. No one could compare with is Staff and his treatments, and my health issues were always solved. He and his Staff walk on water and eat fire in my book on exceptional customer service and getting me healthy and pain free every time. 5 Thumbs up!

Only the best chiropractic service in town Dave will take care of you and fix you right up every time I need adjustment done his there to save my day an know when I leave there I'm good to go back to work thanks man I appreciate you a lot when it comes to my profession as a diesel mechanic I think of you when it's time to get my but back to your office and get adjusted.

I’ve dealt with chronic neck and back pain for around 10 years. When I got to the point of an orthopedic surgeon saying the only relief would come from severing some nerves, I decided to try chiro one more time (had tried physical therapy for 6 months 2 X per week, and also tried chiro twice twice before elsewhere with no improvement which made me incredibly skeptical about chiro care). It took several months of seeing Dr Powell regularly, and just about the time I was ready to give up, suddenly I started noticing improvement and eventually the neck pain was GONE! We are still working on my back

Dr. Powell and his staff made me feel comfortable to their definition of comfort. Everyone was friendly.
When you get adjusted, if you are female (or at least in my case) he says “good girl” when bones crack... It made me very uneasy and I haven’t gone back because of that.
Bedside manners needs work for Dr. Powell. It’s unprofessional and just weird to say ‘good girl’ to female patients.

Today was my first time to a Chiropractor. Let me start by saying it was a very pleasant first time visit. The ladies upfront ( Maria) was very helpful and sweet. When meeting Dr. David he made me feel very comfortable and listened and answered all of my questions as all of my needs were met. Very pleasant experience. I will be making a return for further treatments.
