I was lucky enough to have spoken with Becky at this State Farm location. I'm moving to the area and needed homeowners insurance. Becky assisted me, right then and there and I wasn't put on hold. We discussed my needs and wants and she provided great suggestions and idea's to save money and add that extra sense of security. From a cost effective point of you, best rates and coverage around! I saved over $1,100 by switching to State Farm. I had been with an independent agent for 20 years. I thought they were looking out for us by reviewing our policies for the best rates. I decided to drive over to state farm on a whim. I had met Natalie Kelley 11 years ago at the Arts Festival so I chose her office. I expected to drop off our home & auto policies and get a call in a few days with quotes. Rebekah Anglin ran the quotes on the spot. She said I think you're going to be happy. We most definitely are!!! I don't know Jake from State Farm but I sure like his co-workers at Natalie Kelley Insurance

The gals at Natalie Kelly are Tier One professionals! Not only did they approach me about saving money, they made the process of switching as easy and quick as possible. Jen Yonkey is the absolute best to work with! She's fun, personable and above all else very professional in how she conducts her business. I truly feel like I'm part of a close group of friends and not just another number with these fun ladies. You'd be hard-pressed to find another group of professionals that care and take care of their clients.

Natalie has put together a great team. I've always been greeted professionally and positively. My questions have been answered quickly and they've been helpful in putting affordable plans in place for my family and I. I recommend this agancy; as painful as it is to make insurance payments, this office makes it as easy as possible.
