Barry at Green Solutions Carpet and Upholstery provided us excellent same-day carpet cleaning services in Harrisonburg. We found Green Solutions on google and called Barry because we were not satisfied with the work of another local cleaner. We were worried that the carpet could not be restored, but Barry was familiar with a variety of cleaning methods, offered great rates, and knew how to promptly correct our carpets. Barry came out with updated equipment and worked quickly, going above and beyond to remove stains as he cleaned. He was both personable and professional and adhered to COVID guidance

I wish I had a before picture to share, as we had enough dust and dog hair to make the carpet look gray/black all over. (It was website worthy.) Overall, we were pleased with the carpet cleaning. Barry was very nice and honest and when asked about another service, he was honest in that he didn't think we needed it and would recommend against it, even though it would have given him a big sum. Kevin and his son cleaned our carpets in just over 2 hours. My only complaint was that there seemed to be a good amount of dog hair still in the crevices and especially along the stair baseboards.
