We had a great experience working with KD Home Improvement! They redid our master bath completely and really happy with the entire process. Darien is a pleasure to work with and super responsive. The staff was neat and very respectful as well. We plan to have them back soon to renovate our kitchen space. Highly recommend them!

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled by KD Home Improvement in May 2023. They were absolutely responsive from the first callback, through the project and all the way to completion of the work. Darien is a true professional and his crew is highly skilled and respectful. I was in the trades for over 30 years in lower Fairfield County so when I was looking for a company to perform some painting, carpentry and masonry work done at my home, I was critical to find the right company.
You might say that I am a bit critical but what I have learned over the years that your home is everything to you. It is not just a roof over your head, but also is one of your most valuable assets you own.
From the first time, I meet Kerwin Shaw of K and D, I knew he had not only the skills, professionalism and team to do the work I wanted performed but the commitment to get done not only right and on time. With the exception of a couple of days of bad weather, Kerwin never left my job and communicated with me daily progress reports with his planning for the next day’s work.
He and his men not only worked hard but worked smart. They worked on my house as if it was theirs. They were polite, respectful and have an amazing passion for their trade and their work. They took very short breaks and were not distracted with what I see all the time from other companies……cell phone calls and text messages.
At the end of every working day, they cleaned up their work areas and allowed me to enjoy my house while under construction. They started work early and left my home at times late.
As I mentioned above, I am very critical about the work done by others at my home and as such I seldom write any letters of recommendation. Kerwin Shaw is deserved my letter as he and his team have more than satisfied my home requirements.
