Alimony and Spousal Support is dependent on a variety of marital factors, including but not limited to: length of the marriage, party's ability to pay support and the other party's need for support, the standard of living during the last years of marriage, if a party was the sole caretaker of the parties' children, if a party gave up a career on behalf of the other party, and whether parties became disabled during marriage and cannot support themselves.

If the paternity of the child(ren) is disputed by the father, then after a Petition for Paternity is filed with the Court by either party, a request to the Court can be made to order DNA testing. If paternity is established based upon the outcome of the DNA test, then the parties can proceed to resolve the issues related to a paternity action, i.e., child custody, visitation, and child support.
Prenuptial or premarital agreements are recognized and enforced in the state of Florida. A prenuptial agreement must be signed by both parties, and address issues related both to the death of one of the parties or a potential divorce. The divorce provisions may address property division, debts and spousal support, but custody and child support issues may not be determined in a prenuptial agreement.
A will is defined as a witnessed legal document directing the disposal of your property after your death. Without a will, you leave your estate planning in the hands of a third party, usually the state, to govern how your assets will be distributed. This usually involves considerable costs as an external administrator will have to be paid for their services.

He was able to re-open a traffic case for me so I could take the defensive driving class and reduce 12 points off of my driving record. As a result I will not have my license revoked for a year and I will also be able to clear my background checks that I have to get regularly. There was a great chance I would have not been able to renew several licenses I hold for my job resulting in me losing my career, Arrowood Law Firm changed that outcome. I can't thank you enough....
