With over 40 years of combined experience you are in great hands with the physical therapists at Synergy Therapeutics in Truckee, CA. Scott earned his Masters in Physical Therapy from UC San Francisco. He has lived in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area since 1996 and in 2002 was one of the first in the Tahoe area to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.

Kevin Kuhns is a miracle worker. I had researched mayofascial release technique for chronic migraines. I was skeptical but after 30 years of suffering, trying so many different treatments and still relying on Imitrex, I was open to a new therapy. Within a month of treatments I saw a decline in headaches/migraines. Now 7 months later and I'm happy to report i am migraine free. I have not taken an Imitrex in 6 months! I still go for maintenace and am also using this therapy for other areas of chronic pain! Thank you Kevin!
