Our heat pump was covered in frost inside and out. They had a tech at my house within a couple hours of first calling them. The tech was super polite and professional. It took him about 30 minutes total to diagnose the problem. They had the part in stock and fixed my heat pump super quick at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair, maintenance, or upgrades.

They did quality work and very well. Nice young men to have at my house. Everything was done in a timely manner. Derrick and his crew did a excellent job. If you were rating them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 12.

Service guy . Cody was fantastic . he called to let me know he was heading over and arrived when he said he would. His diagnosis was spot on and new parts have been orders and should arrive in a few days. I m very please with the fast service. Its freezing at night and other places wouldn't make it out for min of 7days. From now. So glad

Really bad communication, arrival times not in synch between plumber and main office. We were not able to get the service we desperately needed and no one calls back after multiple attempts to contact the plumber. Bad first time experience for us, so sadly would not recommend.

Cody came out on Monday and worked on the AC unit, determined it was the fan motor. My unit is an older unit and the motor he had didn't fit. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what he had to do. He put us on the schedule for the next day.
Grant Gibbons installed the new fan motor. He was very professional and personable. Explained the process. Highly recommend this company

Excellent experience. The initial call-back was prompt and professional; we scheduled for same day visit within 4 hours. I was provided text updates throughout the process. Cody Robinson our technician was knowledgeable and understanding. He clearly explained the issue and the resolution with data from their readings. He's exactly who you would like to see in front of customers. The repair was completed in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend AirTech Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone needing HVAC repair and maintenance. Great job!
