I'm Adriana Benoit, founder of Mystic Flow Wellness Center in Gainesville, VA. I'm a native of Costa Rica but have lived in Virginia for a long time now. I didn't always want to own a wellness center. It became a desire of mine after having two children and running my other business, a preschool called Daytime Playtime, for the last twelve years.

Reiki promotes healthy life skills. It empowers our life force and our higher mind, which gives us a greater ability to think and act more clearly. Reiki practice helps highlight the best choices for our lives. It strengthens our internal power to live and think consciously in all our life circumstances.
I want to let you know that the session made a big difference. This gave me the chance to realign my priorities and think about changing a few things in my life. I also noticed an immediate benefit. I normally have a very busy work schedule on Saturdays - to the point that I am crippled and can barely function on Sundays.

I LOVE this place! I received a gift certificate for my birthday this year. I got 1 hour of the Swedish massage( it was awesome, head to toe, and I was almost asleep by the end!) The foot Detox, and the 1 hour in the float tank. I also was let to try the infrared sauna for 15 mins before I did my massage at no cost. (My therapist was running a tad behind, no biggie) The staff were kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to go back!

I was highly impressed upon my first visit. The infrared sauna and salted floatation tank were a perfect way to relax and reset. The employees, specifically Terri, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the services provided at Mystic Flow. She really went above and beyond, even running my necklace out to my car which I had left in the spa room. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Today I had my first experience at the Mystic flow wellness Center… I met Adriana the owner, and Rose the hypnotherapist. I was extremely pleased with the center and the service here received . The ambience was incredible: very relaxing and soothing with a fresh tranquil scent wafting through out the site. I am scheduled to go back to try the flotation tank as I was so impressed with my visit today.
