Mike has over 30 years of experience in the roofing and painting business. He started in the industry as a painting apprentice and through hard work, dedication, and commitment worked his way through the ranks - apprentice, journeyman, foreman, superintendent, and project manager. Having worked for notable Oahu companies and desiring to start his own business, Kapili was launched in 2007 and has consistently grown in number of projects each year.

My son & his family live in a very tight loop (Waikalualoko Loop) & I pick up my grandchildren everyday. Your workers were very courteous and professional when parking all their trucks! They were not sticking out in the street or blocking anything. I was so impressed by this & seeing how hard they were working! They did excellent work on the house they were working on! If we need or anyone I know needs roofing work I would definitely recommend your company! 👍

Absolutely professional from start to finish! Our estimator, Tysen Hickcox was very patient with our endless rounds of questions and responded promptly every time, while working with my budget and timeframe. When we finally decided to go with Kapili Roofing, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The workers were very respectful and thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished. I appreciate the fact that Kapili didn't try to sell the most expensive products to me but rather, what was the best for my house. I have nothing but good things to say about Kapili Roofing!! They have provided excellent service from start to finish. Although I had this repair done a while ago, I am only now getting around to this review because I wanted to make sure I had no follow up issues with my roof. I inquired about a roof repair since our roof was very old and leaking. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and had awesome customer service. Tysen was the estimator that came out to do an inspection and provided us with outstanding customer service. He was very professional and was sure to answer all our questions

Each team in the business handles the different areas and were very friendly...estimator, scheduler, permits, follow-up after the job including painters who came by and completed the job, were very responsive and friendly.
Communication is great with emails, pictures and phone calls.All in one so no hassles- they have roofers/construction/house painters. They did an excellent job and lots of compliments from neighbors who also decided to go with Kapili. Quality and warranty
