The inspiration for BringPro was born out of the need for a solution to a problem. One busy morning, Don Dicostanzo, a BringPro founding partner, had overheard someone that had just purchased a large-screen TV, intending to enjoy a football game that evening. He soon discovered that this person had no way to get his new TV delivered the same day.
The department store refused, and moving companies were requiring advance notice. The person was faced with the upsetting choice of renting a U-Haul or phoning a friend with a truck, Don then realized what people were in need of an on-demand pick-up and delivery service! When you request a scheduled time slot you will be reserving the pickup time for your items and not the entire job. This means if you request a pickup window of 11-1, we will be at your first address within this time window. If you request a time window for a business that isn't open, we'll push back your time window to allow two available hours.

Jeremey and Brandon went above and beyond when Costco gave me broken items they were so kind to help us return and exchange the items and then drove the new ones back to my house and finished setting everything up. They took care of the cleanup and they were extremely friendly and patient gentlemen.

Brandon and Jose were on time and professional in this move of furniture from my storage to my home.
I appreciate their careful execution to moving these ornate/heavy pieces of furniture back to my house. The grandfather clock was glass on 3 side and the guys were very careful to gently move this piece and set in place in my family room.

BringPro is the only mover I use at this point. They make it so easy and are quick to book and extremely professional. Today, I worked with Doug and Jeremy, who were exceptional. Their level of service was truly five star, and they were meticulous with my items, the placement and ensuring I was happy. They worked quickly and kindly, and I couldn’t be happier. I can't say enough about BringPro's service.The delivery was timely the day after we bought a patio table and chair set. Since we purchased it at 4:00pm from Costco, and they could not deliver it the same day. Costco held it over night for us to the next day (an exception to their regular policy).
The table part of the set was extremely heavy, and when Andy and Liam arrived with our set, it took them only 45 minutes to move it into our backyard and set it up...amazing efficiency!!
Andy and Liam were exceptional...they were professional, efficient and had outstanding people skills.

Fantastic service! Alpha & Ricardo were polite, friendly and fast. They called with an arrival time estimate before they left to let me know they were on their way. I had a couch and chair delivered and they took exceptional care in wrapping everything in plastic to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I'll definitely recommend to all my friends.

They did a great job picking up my boxes from Costco, and showed up wearing masks. They assembled the dining room table and chairs efficiently. It's a perfect fit for people who do not have trucks and need to have larger products delivered. The customer service is great. I would love to give them a five, but I wasn't informed that I would have to dispose of all the boxes myself and it took me several hours to cut them up in pieces small enough to go in my recycling bin. I think they would get more business if they took away the boxes themselves.

Mrs. Eileen was very polite and took my complaints about her company in a very constructive way.
I was very impressed that this company is willing to take into account the bad experience of one customer and try to incorporate my suggestions.
They even offer to refund $ 50 dollars.
I am given them a 5 start on fallow up customer services.

Sadly I, a repeat customer and referred BringPro to friends and family, am leaving a less than satisfied review. Recently my daughter used them, and they charged her more than I usually pay for less than an hour job.

Ok ok ok. I was so stressed about moving my business and my friend mentioned BRING PRO. I went online and reserved my time, two strong uniformed professional young men moved my electric massage table and some very delicate equipment. The whole thing is genius. They have a sprinter type van that can fit into tight spots, the app follows them so I can track location, and the price was less than the estimate.

I don't get too excited to write reviews but in this case I was really excited to share about my experience. I worked with them today, and I'm writing my review without unpacking.
I've moved a few times to say the least in the last ten years or so. I've had some awful experiences with movers so anytime I move now, I get a little nervous. Today was different. I had the opportunity to work with Troy and Jamie today. I didn't move too far today but nonetheless, we packed up and moved to our new home.
On a side note - my wife had to go to the ER because we are expecting
