But don't let that prevent you from getting your car serviced by the experts at Family Auto-we'll shuttle you to/from home or work in the Local area while your car is being serviced, making it easy for you to get on with your life!
We have a 24 Hour Drop Box So you can drop off your vehicle whenever it's convenient for you. You can feel secure leaving your vehicle, our lot is monitored with surveillance cameras running 24 hours a day. 4. We will call you after we open to confirm details and/or to let you know when to pick up your vehicle.
At Family Auto we understand how crazy life can be, which is why we want to make it as convenient for you to get the peace of mind of having your car in working order. Call us and we can schedule a time to come to your residence or place of work and pick up your car, then drop it back off for you when the repairs are complete.

My wife and I had our car brake down on the highway nowhere near our home. We somehow got to Family Auto, and John and his team took care of us. They helped us understand the situation and our options and treated us like one of their own. I highly recommend their services and commitment to the customer.

Have had nothing but professional service from Family Auto. Always able to get our vehicles in quickly and have never had an issue that required follow up. Prices are fair for the quality of service and the quick turnaround. Some of these negative reviews are crazy -- like thinking that you shouldn't have to pay for a failed inspection. Unreal.

John Audett in Effort Pa was a life saver. We were all packed and ready to head home ( 5 hours to Mass ) and we noticed a flat . Called Family Auto and John said he could get us a tire in an hour, if we could wait he could get us a cheaper one. Needing to get home we were thrilled he would be able to get a tire this morning. He called back to confirm the tire was on the way and come on down. Tire was delivered within the hour as promised and we were on the road within 20 mins. John asked us to give him a call to make sure we got home ok. John and his guys were fabulous we would highly recommend

This place was just great! I found myself in need of a tire and hthey not only were the only business that could get me a tire but he was able to get 2 just in case I needed the other which I took and they installed both tires and checked my vehicle before test driving it & they only ask that I call them once I made it to my destination so they know I made it safely. Very knowledgeable crew. 5 star service.

John is an honest mechanic who cares about his customers. He doesn't suggest more work than what is needed. My Tesla does not need most services but it does require special care to lift it and change the tires and I take it to Family Auto because I know they will do a great job.

Terrible workman ship. Purchased a vehicle from this place that they have been working on for years. I was given work orders stating that the transmission lines have been replaced as well as the transmission cooler. Well the transmission lines were pieced together with rubber fuel line it looks like a child did it and the transmission cooler that they just replaced is entirely the wrong one. Now because of these issues ive had to take the vehicle to a professional transmission shop and pay $2300 because the transmission overheated because of the wrong cooler and burnt up the whole transmission
