Brad responded my messaged within minutes after I send out request on Yelp. He offered to come the next day morning to fix our slow kitchen drain.
He showed up promptly on a Saturday morning with face covering and shoe covers. he asked couple questions to identify the problems before the work. We ended up doing the rodding and found the blockage is actually 20ft down our kitchen sink.
He completed all the work within one hour and the price was fair compare to other estimate we get. He also spot some issue on our existing plumbing (that the previous homeowner did) and made some suggestions. Brad

Brad came out promptly and was able to immediately diagnose our issue and give us a realistic estimate.
He came out a few days later and completed the work exactly as we expected. He was very communicative and happy to explain everything he was doing to us. He set our minds at ease and his rates were very reasonable.

The floor drain in our laundry room backed up while the washer was running. I requested a quote through Yelp to have my sewer rodded from a few different plumbers. Brad from SBJ responded right away with an estimate and the time he would be able to come by that same day (Saturday.) I told him I was waiting for some estimates to come back. One company came by to do an estimate a couple hours later but they were unprofessional in their correspondence. The other company who was supposed to come in the afternoon called to reschedule for Monday. Brad from SBJ messaged me again late in the afternoon
