Welcome to our service department where we service what we sell. Our service facility performs routine maintenance and repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake service on both foreign and domestic automobiles. We provide written estimates and stand behind our work. All repairs are fully explained to you and we fix 'em right the first time.

They posted an ad listing low priced used tires, indicating a number of vehicle makes as representative of what they have tires for. Got a hold of them and drove there. ( a total of 74 miles driving there and driving back home.) All to find out they didnt quite have what the ad represented and the tires they did have were primarily for two particular vehicle makes/models. Wasted time and $ just to find out their ad was misleading and they didnt even have ANY tires or rims for Ford or Dodge trucks.

Just bought a 2004 Buick LeSabre @ Boise Auto Arena Brothers. Nice car! Got a good deal. The Carfax history and photos of the car, convinced us to drive 2 1/2 Hours to check it out. It was definitely worth it. Matt, Peter and everybody else involved in the sale, went above and beyond to make for a smooth transaction . Highly recommend these guys, if your in the market for a used vehicle.

During a cross country move from Seattle to Denver, our Subaru Impreza started making weird noises. We were in Boise around 5:30p during the pandemic, so we were very worried no one would take a look at it that same day (were car shops essential businesses? We also weren’t familiar with Idaho‘s governing on the matter). We managed to call a few places before they closed but most wouldn’t see us that same day. We were recommended here.
Matt and his team were unbelievably fantastic. They stayed late that day (on a Friday) to diagnose our issue. They would have tried to fix it that night but

Cannot say enough good things about Matt and his team. On a cross-country move, we ran into car trouble and were lucky enough to stop off in Boise to see what was wrong around 5p on a Friday. I have a 2010 Subaru Impreza so my first thought was to call a Subaru dealer in town, but they were not open to see us right away. I called another shop in town and they immediately recommended me to Boise Auto Arena saying they had the best Subaru mechanics in town. I bought my Subaru from Matt! Literally one of most genuine person you’ll meet. Always has been honest. I’ve taken my car to him to get serviced a couple of times now. He’s earned my business as long as I’m in the Boise area. I had a bad experience with a local mechanic and Matt and his team fixed the problem that the other mechanic couldn’t in a couple of hours. I will continue to get my vehicles the Boise Auto Arena and get them serviced from there! Thanks again!

Was not able to come to an agreement, but Matt did go above and beyond in his quest to try and help. I've got to hand it to him for this, even though we couldn't get it done. It really says something big about a person when you do them a favor knowing full well they'll never be able to repay the kindness bestowed.

Boise Auto Arena rocks! Hands-down this is this best used car buying experience I have had in 40 years of dealing with auto dealerships! We bought two Subarus here and dealing with Matt B. has been an absolute pleasure. He is an honest, caring person and operates the business with a level of integrity I have not seen in a long time. Customer service is spot on and if you are in the market for a used Subaru this is the place to look first! Of course he has a lot of other great vehicles on the lot, but his love and knowledge of Subarus, combined with his family's passion for the business

I live in Eastern Oregon. This was the closest dealership that had what I wanted. The first one to call me was Matt. Matt was VERY helpful, respectful as well as patient. I had asked to put the car on racks so… I could see underneath. They fixed what was up, he was patient for the ENTIRE 2 weeks we were working out the kinks. I recommend Boise auto arena to anyone. Thanks guys for all the work and communication.

These guys are wonderful plus Lucy (their dog) greeting me at the door Everytime I stopped in was great too. Very patient I came in several times over a week to drive the same car and they never once had an issue. Then when it came to buying the car was fantastic quick easy painless! Best experience to date for buying a car not at all pushy! Thank you guys!!
