Terrible experience. This dental company likes to do a lot of extra work that isn’t necessary. This includes telling their clients that they have a lot more issues going on than they do. I would recommend anyone struggling with this place to get a second opinion for their own sake to be sure they are getting the proper care they deserve!
UPDATE: at… Brush Dental I was told I had several cavities that needed to be addressed asap. I waited and got another opinion and I get told I have NONE. Be careful where you go because some places just want your $$$$ and to put you through unnecessary

High staff turnover in the 1 1/2 years that we went there. Terrible experience overall for both my husband and myself after Dr. Dekyne left. Have had to get 2nd opinions elsewhere and now have to pay for work to be redone and to fix a chipped tooth that happened from a procedure done at this office. These redo’s/repairs have cost me a lot of additional money on top of what I paid Brush Dental the first time for this work.

I had an infected tooth, was given antibiotics and told to go to oral surgeon, I was also told they would give me a refill on antibiotics until I could go to oral surgeon. I called and asked for antibiotics and asked if they could call referral to surgeon. Was told no on both. This new group is awful. I wouldn’t recommend. Never had issues with prior dentist in this office.

Very disappointed in the professionalism of the front office staff. As a mom, I was upset that our favorite dental hygienist was not returning and we were not made aware. She was the best with our family and always created a comforting and welcoming environment. We will be finding a new dental office.

Very rude!!! If you any money or try to figure out anything about your bill, your interrupted, and you get hung up on!!! Very unprofessional and I will be changing my dentist. They do not care about people who actually want to figure out a bill! Heaven forbide they spend 10 minutes on the phone with you to let you actually talk and get it figured. Monica actually said she wasn't allowed to talk to me. Do not recommend would give negative stars of I could!!!

Extremely disappointed with this office. I have been going for years and have had the same hygienist, which I have grown to love and have a great relationship with. She is no longer there- all previous staff has quit and went else where as well. When called to ask about the staff front desk receptionist- Monica- bad mouthed previous dentist openly to me on the phone which is very unprofessional in my opinion. She’s been rude multiple times to me on the phone before this incident. New owners have let great practice and great staff leave. Will not go back!!

So friendly, helpful staff, answered all our questions and took great care of the patient. Would definitely recommend them! They were quick to get us and and seen and really helped my husband with the pain and gave him a timely appointment to get the teeth removed. So glad to have found such a great dentist office! The work I've had done so far has been great. I had a temporary crown fall out, and was lucky enough to get to work with Kristen. Kristen has been absolutely fantastic! She is kind, courteous and professional. She made quick work of making another temporary that held much better and brought up options for my permanent crown I hadn't been made aware of.
Kristen, Sonja, and Dr. Sahar and DeaKyne have all been wonderful to work with, especially considering the extent of the repairs I need.
