I called Bill today in a panic because my own mower quit and I couldn't mow my lawn. I wasn't sure how long repairs would take and couldn't just let it grow. Bill was so busy but he managed to squeeze me in. His guys were awesome-super nice, quick, and neat. I would hire them for the season in a heartbeat!
