Amazing! We had the misfortune of our garage being broken into and one of the remotes stolen. Cassle had someone at our door within hours. Our tech, Tanner, replaced our garage motor and got us feeling much more safe. He was even kind enough to check the condition of our garage door and other key parts. I'm still upset and overly alert after waking up to this rather unpleasant surprise, but they 100% made me feel much more safe. Thank you for your quick response and for sending someone to our rescue so quickly.

From the first phone call to their office to installation Cassle was great to work with.
They did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it.

I called less than 15 min before closing. The gal who answered was super nice, we joked about quitting time, and she was able to get someone out to my house the next morning at 9am! So win-win!! The tech who came out was professional and very informative and helpful. He explained so many things to me that I became unsure if I'd remember it all! I ended up needing a new opener completely, but he took care of it in less than an hour, got everything reprogrammed, and left no mess. I'd recommend this company is a heartbeat!

I have done business with Castle for a few years and have always had a great experience. Carlos and Jose do great work and I always talked to Rachael in the office who was always pleasant to talk to and very knowledgable. I have a few houses that have been serviced and have never used anyone else but the last two times I have called I spoke with one girl that did not seem to know anything and she transferred me to another who was very rude and basically told me it was not her job to help me and she was busy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They're thieves. They took advantage of an elderly couple's garage door troubles. They did an awful job and the door still didn't work correctly. When we told them about the issues the female rep was rude and basically told us it's not their problem. The couple ended up going through another garage door repair company and they fixed all of Cassle's awful "repairs".

I called Monday to inquire about having a garage door replaced and Edgar came out that same afternoon to give me a quote. He told me they would be out Wednesday morning between 8:30 and 9:00. Carlos showed up right on time and replaced the door, tracks, and opener in less than 3 hours. Both men I dealt with and Rachel in the office were the nicest people.
