I was in need of a new nanny after my maternity leave ended. I was able to contact this company quickly. However, after they received my application fee, I never heard back from them. There were no follow up calls, no candidates, no interviews. I cannot believe this company is in business. I have made several follow up calls to the woman who was assigned to my case and have not heard back. I simply lost my $150 application fee. Do NOT use this service. It is a waste of time.
