I’ve used Dooworks in the past for help with my door opener and Cassidy talked me through an adjustment, because he couldn’t come out that day. I learned something about my opener and a lot about Cassidy’s commitment to customer service. So it’s no surprise that I called Doorworks for a new garage door. My old one had air leaks around it, (both from installation and from the panel pattern extending into the weatherstrip) and wasn’t well insulated. We had our garage door installed by DoorWorks. I called for service because we found our garage door open yesterday. We figured out the control panel is broken. The person I spoke with I could tell could careless. I tried to look again at all the stuff I had asked about. So I called back again met with same bad attitude.
