To save you time and stress on your first visit, please download, print out and complete our new patient packet. Please allow at least 90 minutes for the first appointment so that we have time to properly assess your healthcare needs and provide treatment. Medical history is important.
If you have diagnostic tests and reports from other practitioners or a list of medications and therapies that pertain to your current health concern, please bring copies so that we can provide the best care possible.It is helpful between visits to take notes of any changes that may occur to report back to your practitioner.

During the initial exam a full health history will be taken. Questions will be asked regarding symptoms, health and lifestyle. Information is then organized to create a diagnosis of where qi has become blocked or imbalanced. After the interview process an agreed upon course of treatment will be established.
