Absolutely horrible place . They did not make effort to try to get prescription approved by health insurance and then over charged us by 66% over what other pharmacies charge for same product . We came back with a letter where health insurance sent us proof the medicine was covered but pharmacist still refused to run it through insurance and charged us $299. The guy that works there is rude stuck up and unhelpful . This place is a raquet

I began going to this pharmacy PrescriptionRx on 1523 East Commercial Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale
Fl. around 6 months ago when my doctors put me on a medication that was impossible to find. PrescriptionRx carried it and has made sure I have it every month. Lisa and Alex are by far the best pharmacist that I have ever met. Polite,friendly and genuinely kind people.
It has been over 8 years since my accident and being disabled has had its many challenges, one of the biggest has been dealing with unkind and rude pharmacist whom most of the times made life just as unbearable as the pain itself. So I can

Worse customer service ever
“Alex” was rude and a pain to deal with. He assumed what I needed and when I showed up he said “you didn’t tell me this is what you needed” in which this case I did tell him exactly what j needed. But besides the point. We had an on going argument about he/she said and I was like ok now that I’m here do you have it or not and he continues to say you didn’t tell me you needed this and I was like I read you the whole name on bottle he said again well I assumed you said “—“ I was like you should have not assumed. The manager was off on vacation he said
