I really wish I didn't have to give even one star. Do NOT use this company. They started with a verbal estimate of a timeline which was my fault for not getting it in writing. I do have an email apologizing for not getting the artwork back to me in a timely matter and a new promise of when that would be completed. That new deadline was not met. I was given a new estimate of completion which came and went. I was then given a new timeline. Once again it wasn't completed. I was then told in writing that it would ABSOLUTELY be done by or before the following Friday. Guess what?

Needed a lighted sign on my building and was told to go several places in Asheville for the sign. I looked online for a sign company and found Moss Signs and since I had heard of them before I called them. They walked me through the process of graphic design and colors along with size and if I wanted to be able to take it down when needed or for it to be permanent.
I was surprised that the cost was VERY affordable. They came out and prepped mu building and had the sign up and lit in just a couple of weeks. FAST for what I expected and VERY clean and good looking from any direction that people
