At Elite Life Chiropractic, our goal is simple. We want to improve your day-to-day life. This begins at your very first visit where Dr. Cruz takes the time to get to know you, your history and your goals. From there, we work with you to develop a treatment plan that will result in lasting relief and enhanced wellness.

Before embarking on her chiropractic education, Dr. Cruz received her doctorate in organic chemistry at the University of Puerto Rico, graduating summa cum laude. After working for a few years as a researcher in the pharmaceutical industry, she went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic (UBCC) in Connecticut, graduating cum laude.

Im 73 yrs old and have never been to a chiropractor but decided to see if dr cruz could help my neck and lower back pain. wow after 5 visits i walked out of her office pain free. she knows what shes doing, she dont do any of the cracking thankfully. she dont need to. im so glad i decided to give her a try.friendly service and shes on time with appt!

I went in with intense neck pain and a pinched nerve. Staff is friendly and dr Cruz shows a lot of care and concern. However, if you are looking for traditional chiropractic methods of physical adjustments, this is not the place. This facility uses more gentle methods such as cupping, activator tools and laser therapy. I was looking for traditional methods of physical adjustment, which is the only reason I don’t plan on future visits here.

I have had upper back pain, neck pain and headaches for years. I decided to give Elite Life Chiropractic a try. I give them 5 stars! I am starting to feel like myself again! I am so pleased. If you are having pain, give them a try. Great service and super nice gals! As a registered nurse and registered respiratory therapist myself, I would definitely suggest them! A+ :)

Excellent service! Dr Cruz explains everything she’s doing and how it will help with my recovery. Dr Cruz and Arlena the receptionist are very knowledgeable. They both have answered all my questions about my treatment insurance co-pays etc. Both are always friendly. I highly recommend Elite Life Chiropratic!!!

Wow!!!! I had a knee pain for 2 years I visited another chiropractic doctor, an orthopedic surgeon and it got better, but, the pain was always there. Dr Heidylinn Cruz is a magician, she found out what the issue was and after my first visit I could walk, stand up and workout better. She is also interested in your overall health, she asked me about my supplements and she made recommendations to so that they could work better. I love this amazing team of professionals that are here to help and not to rip you off. Please come and visit them.

I’d been wanting (and needing) chiropractic care for a few years. I held back because I hadn’t heard of an excellent female chiropractor in my area, until a good friend introduced me to Elite Life Chiropractic. Dr. Cruz’s office is an hour from my home, but I travel that far because her excellent care is worth it. On my first visit, I told her about a few issues but she dug deeper and found the root of my discomfort in a matter of seconds. I noticed the difference after just one visit. I was unable to go for a few weeks and boy, did I miss her!!! She’s a nice, kind, friendly, caring, concerned
