It is our goal to provide compassionate caregivers to each one of our clients that provide the highest of standards of care. Our goal is to employ competent, caring and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our patients, their families and the community we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of Florida educational and training requirements for the services they provide.
Services that are provided in the home for patients who have had recent surgery, are ill, or having difficulty dealing with a medical problem due to physical and/or mental limitations. We provide monitoring, management, and instruction for all major diseases, illnesses, and post-op follow-up for adults and seniors.
Thanks for the excellent care and follow-up you have provided our patient. This is the first time in a very long time that his PT/INR has been stable. Your nurses have done a phenomenal job in educating him about self-monitoring and the management of his Coumadin therapy. We will certainly be sending more referrals your way.
