Reflecting Dr. David's philosophy of excellence in training, all team members receive extensive continuing education through monthly in-service training including local, regional, and national meetings.
David W. Hamula graduated from the University of Denver and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. David entered the Navy Dental Corps practicing general dentistry for ten years and during his military career, he was awarded two Navy Achievement Medals, three Navy Commendation Medals and proudly attained the rank of Commander.

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. If you have insurance that will be covering any portion of your orthodontic treatment, please bring your information to your appointment and we will help you receive your benefit.

It is really unfortunate that this man is allowed to continue to remain in practice. He single handily ruined my child's teeth and gums at a cost of over $7,000.00 and I'm left to have to pay at least another $5,000.00 to correct what he destroyed. Parent's, do your homework on who you select as your child's orthodontist, it will mean a lifetime to their appearance and this particular individual does only one thing well and that is he takes zero accountability for his in/actions!
