Fairytale Flowers created an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday. The timing of the delivery was perfect: I was on zoom with Mom when they arrived. The arrangement was just so gorgeous. I requested the addition of extra pink roses, and they did so free of charge. The bouquet arrived in a pretty white planter with a handwritten note in a real greeting card, both were nice touches.
The quality and artistry of The floral arrangement from Fairytale flowers was fantastic. I wouldn't order flowers from anywhere else! So happy to have such a wonderful business here in Laguna. My mother was very pleased with her flowers and I was thrilled that you could deliver them on her actual birthday, which was a Sunday this year.

This place is out of business. We were selling greeting cards in this shop before it closed. She owes us over $300 and the rest of our cards. We have tried contacting them for three months by phone, email and text. Totally ignoring us. Another vendor said she didn’t pay her either but she was lucky and got some of her merchandise back. Who knows how many other vendors they owe money to.

Horrible. Worst flower shop to exist.
I call to order flowers for my moms birthday and I asked if I can get something nice for $100. The girl on the phone ensured me I will get beautiful flowers with a vase. I also asked for a small box of chocolates... gave her my card over the phone and she said she'll charge me. The next day I look at card charge and I was charged just under $140.
The chocolates were all white (expired looking chocolates) and the flowers are the most hideous flowers I've ever seen in my life. I'm not a florist but I'm sure I can make it look better than

BEWARE!!!! They are out of business yet still collecting payments on-line.
I ordered flowers from here for my friends birthday the next day. The order was processed on-line and with delivery arranged very near to this florist. The next day my friend never received any flowers, nor did anyone contact her. She never got her flowers on the day that it mattered. I trusted this business and the reviews but in the end, this place failed me terribly. I've called them over 12 times and emailed them twice and have not received a single call back nor have they answered their phone a single time

So not only does this shop have some really cute gifts, but the customer service is amazing! I requested a couple last minute customized gifts and Sara had it ready for me the same day. She was also so patient and understanding with me while I was shopping with my toddler. I will definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful customer service

Sara did the flowers for our wedding and she did such an amazing job!!! Everything was beautiful!
When we hired Sara for our wedding it was in Laguna Beach just down the street from her storefront but unfortunately we had to cancel our original wedding due to Covid. Sara was so accommodating and ended up delivering all of the flowers to Oceanside!
She also helped me change our entire order to fit our new, smaller wedding! My husband and I are so grateful for her and are so impressed with the quality of everything!

Absolutely satisfied!! My daughter notified me on valentines week that she needed a boutonniere/corsage for her winter formal. I called Sara, the owner of fairytale flowers knowing it was a long shot... she immediately said "no problem, I'll have it ready for you tomorrow." And not only did she have it ready for me the next day, she delivered it so I didn't have to drive from mission viejo to Laguna beach... my daughter is over the moon happy how beautiful they turned out. OMG- Sara is the greatest, I was driving down PCH and stoped by to pick up flowers for my girlfriend and within minutes she had the most beautiful arrangement created. The flowers were so fresh and smelled so amazing. I can't thank you enough, your number is saved in my phone and fairytale flowers will be the only florist I use in the future. So glad I stumbled upon this shop when searching for someone who could deliver over Mother's Day weekend! Sara, the owner, called to ask what I'd like when out of yellow roses I requested, and made a lovely substitution. They were able to deliver on Mother's Day even though they had 18 deliveries scheduled! THEN when a villainous neighbor stole my mom's mother's day bouquet (what kind of soulless person would do that?! who answered the door and pretended they were at the right address?!), Sara saved the day by making an absolutely beautiful second arrangement and ensuring

Sara is so professional and welcoming. A lovely shop with some inspirational floral decor and inspirations. We were immediately drawn to the flower wall in the back of the shop and Sara kindly invited us to take photos there. Picked up a couple heart-shaped rose quartz stones as well and it was a small token to remember our day trip to Laguna Beach.

Sara is AMAZING! We get an arrangement every week and they are gorgeous. They stay alive for so long. We get compliments on how unique her selection is. I'm so impressed! I wanted to send some friends flowers and I contacted Fairytale flowers. I left a message but she got right back to me and I was able to get a gorgeous bouquet to my friends in just 2 hours on a Saturday. Sara was great. I emailed her after the store hours to ask some questions, and she just handled every thing the way I wanted. I was not able to order the flower personally, so I just explain the occasion for her, and she got my taste and provided this wonderful arrangement.
The only thing that I was disappointed was the delivery. Apparently the delivery person just left the flower at front door. My family was about to kick and break it. But other than that I was very happy with my order.
