We are very happy with our new roof and the service provided by Canga Restoration. James M. was courteous and professional when first approaching us and getting the process started. Madison G was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She was a determined and persuasive advocate for us during the insurance inspection process and was helpful and knowledgeable for materials selection and installation planning. The roofing crew were very hard working, skilled and professional and got the job done in 1 day as promised. Great job by all!

Canga Roofing had a representative, Ivan Martinez, who stopped by for a roof inspection after a hail storm about a year earlier. Ivan was very personable, well dressed, and a good representative. After his roof inspection, he showed me photos of the damage he had found. He then discussed how, with my approval, he could represent me to my homeowners insurance for possible roof replacement. He took care of all communications with them, setting up their inspection for the hail damage, and all the follow up for the claim. The claim was approved. The replacement roofing work was scheduled and completed

I would have not rated any stars if I could. They canceled contract with me then kept $1632.98 from a check that my insurance gave them to start the job. They Never did any work and got a nice payday. I would stay clear of this business. They had 2 months to do my roof and they decided they didn't want to have are business. How is this legal when I Wasn't the One who canceled contract. BEWARE!!!

I just had my house and garage roofing tiles replaced, and gutters added to my garage by this contractor. You deal directly with the owner who you will find to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. No pressure. He works directly with your insurance company, arranges the permits, and honors all commitments. One added incentive is that he is also a licensed adjuster. He worked beside my insurance company's adjuster so he could validate his assessment, and made the entire process seamless. Nowadays, you're never quite sure about the quality of a potential contractor
