LOVE LOVE LOVE MY LASHES!!!! Even though it wasn’t my first time getting lash extensions, I was surprised how beautiful they came out. Brittany was nice and thorough, my hybrid lashes were fluffy and full, looks high quality. hopefully they hold up well. Yes, communication was a little tough which was annoying but you have to understand that she’s a sole business owner and everywhere has been crazy busy lately. Just follow up or text her, she responds in a reasonable amount of time. It’s also not her fault if you’re allergic to lash glue. Life happens! Overall great experience, will be

Really wish I would have read reviews here before I purchased on Groupon. Now I can’t get a full refund. My loss, your gain of knowledge. I called to book my appointment but no answer. I left a message. No call back. They must not be hurting for business. Good for them. I don’t know about you but if a place can’t give a decent amount (or even just any amount) of customer service then they don’t need my business.

My lashes fell off within 48 hours, I ensured not to touch them for 48 hours and be extremely careful. They were falling off in my eyes and all over my face. The lashes that were glued on, were tugging on my lashes and pushing them down towards my eye causing irritation. I went in and they noticed all of this and said that it wasn’t their fault I had a “bad reaction” to the glue, even though it had nothing to do with the glue. I paid for two sessions, they didn’t offer any other solutions to fix the lashes and denied any refund. It’s been about 10 hours since they removed the glue and

I went with a friend to get her lashes done and within 2 days they were falling out. She told me she felt a stabbing pain in her eyes due to the lashes to which the manager responded "its probably just an allergic reaction" which also isn't professional.
Because of this "allergic reaction" her lashes were removed and she had already paid for 2 full sessions. The manager refused to give her a refund and was extremely rude about the situation.
I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get your lashes done as the lack of professionalism here is astounding.

Brittney was great. She was professional, informative, and fun to talk to. She also accommodated a last minute schedule change which really made my day! Her studio is calm & so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Plus her playlist was spot on :)

DO NOT GO HERE ! She was watching YouTube while doing my eyelash extensions and dropped the fan on my face While drying them because she was not paying attention. Also, my eyelashes fell off after only five days of having them on. She asked me what I wanted and gave me the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I ASKED for and PAYED for. Again DO NOT GO HERE.
