All American Medical Transportation offers non-emergency transportation services to and from our clients' appointments. We offer solutions for the elderly, the disabled, and anyone with medical conditions. As long as they need transportation for their appointments, our staff will handle it. Our drivers will pick you up from your home and take you to your appointment.
Our fleet of vans is capable of accommodating passengers according to their transportation needs. The following mobility equipment can fit inside our vehicles too. Our vans are equipped with state-of-the-art lifts for those who require wheelchair access. You also get to experience safe and secure boarding with our rear-mounted chair lifts.

This transportation service is HORRIBLE!! The only good driver they had was Randy and he's no longer with the company. These people are rude including the dispatchers. We called to complain about rude comments the driver was making about people on Medi-cal and SSI and also how crazy he drives and we basically got yelled at for complaining. They have no compassion at all I would not trust them with my family members. ELDERLY, SICK PATIENT'S, PATIENT'S ON DIALYSIS MUST BE TREATED WITH COMPASSION AND RESPECT THEY ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH GOING ON!!!!!!

Horrible transportation service!!!!! My grandpa had just finished dialysis and the driver was yelling at him asking him where he should drop him off and the dispatcher told the driver to drop him off at any corner. I guess all these people care about is making money instead of helping. It is their job to know where the patient's should be dropped off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

45 minutes late to pick my mom up from the rehab facility. Late for doctor appointment. Called to have her picked back up from the doctor and it has been 45 minutes and still waiting. Called the dispatcher and she was rude stating that it was the rehabs fault because they didn’t tell her what kind of wheelchair. Said the transport will be here in 25 more minutes. Not professional at all. Now going on 2 hours wait. Each time the doctors office or I call there is a different excuse. Do they have a list of excuses next to the phone? Very disappointing.

Drivers on the other hand smell like cigarettes and possibly be drinking on shift.
They all drive with out looking. It's like putting your family with first time drivers.
Carlos is one driver who has class he is well educated. I say too qualified too be a driver. They are very lucky to have this fine gentlemen on staff. Some off the other drivers don't talk to you but

Drivers use faul language the lady in the office is rude hangs up on your face. Leaves you "waiting" for a "long time" she has the nerve to answer laughing it actually sounds like a party is going on in the office. My brother has drove with this company some time they are all sloppy and looks like they rolled out of bed. They have tattoos of gangs.

They have transported my aunt on several occasions including to Dialysis and i must say, THE BEST company we have used so far.
Almost never have to wait (for Dialysis pick ups back to our home) and if we do wait, we understand no one is perfect and sometimes things happen.
Office gals are the best! once you get to know them, they are real sweethearts and even though a lot of frustration and pressure is brought upon them, they are still sweeties. They are still an A+ in my book.

Drivers are helpful and caring except for 1-2.
Whenever i go to a appointment the pick up to go home is usually from 20 mins-1 hr. I do not mind, they really try and its almost a free ride I DONT HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET so what can i expect.
The company is great and i feel safe and office people always help out when i need it. Just be nice & respectful to people and they are nice back!
Customers can be real as****** when it doesn't go their way so do not listen to bad reviews. I enjoy it & you will too.

The owner of the company is a very well respected person and I am not going to bad mouth him. But I'm just going to say that his administration could use some help with their professional development skills. For instance they could use a new Dispatcher for the Fresno CA field office. I won't say his name but I will say Roberto needs to be replaced with a more experienced individual who is a Professional. That's all I have to say about that.
