Worst day ever. My son is 3 and loved his piano we started a new life the baby grand piano was a gift from me to my husband. The service was not expensive 380 dollars. Everything smooth until the piano was in the new house. Did not open all the way and the pedals did not work. I asked Mike what they were going to do about he just left and got in the truck. The other associate tried to explain that we could play the piano even if the flap on top of the keys did not open all the way...then everybody left ... and we ended with a broken piano... our piano was not brand new but was I perfectly fine
