My husband and I can't thank Ken enough for his guidance, education, and advocacy in a lawsuit that was initiated by a General Contractor. Kenton and his father were my grandfather's attorney(s). When grandpa Dale passed nearly 20 years ago, I sort of "inherited" them as my designated attorneys. Since then they have assisted me with several incorporations, a dispute with one of my tenants, short check collections, preparation of a Last Will and Testasment, and various other legal questions.
