Got a new printer and couldn't get it to hook up to my phone 😒 but I asked for help and they sent someone right over to the restaurant and fixed it for me! Now that is great service!!! He fixed it for me right away maybe took him 5 mins lol. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Will highly recommend this place!!!! Tell them Liz sent you :)

I am so pleased with the service I received when my old printer died. I was delighted in the efficiency of products available and knowledge that my service person gave to me. I was able to purchase a new printer the same day, as well as had replacement cartridges available so I was all set to operate my online and face-to-face classroom the next day without interruption. I would highly recommend using Printer Source Plus for all your printing/copying needs. Joe and Braden have been wonderful and very efficient and reasonable with response time and our office needs. The installers have worked great with our staff, not only just installing our new printers/copiers/scanners, but they have educated all my staff members on how to best utilize our new machines efficiently. I will definitely use them for all my printing/copying needs moving forward.

Amanda was absolutely amazing! My printer was giving me a message that a cartridge was missing when it wasn’t. She looked at it as soon as I walked in the store and it only took about 10 minutes - she realized that it was an error from the cartridge not in the printer and gave me a new cartridge because it had been donated to them. Short visit, great service and no cost! I will definitely be back!

This is THE place to buy computer printer cartridges. I have never understood why printer cartridges are so expensive at the big box stores, but they are. However, Printer Source Plus offers extremely reasonable prices on refilled printer cartridges. Less that 1/2 of what I have paid anywhere else. Further, their service is fast, friendly, and professional. Truly, Printer Source Plus is Plato's idea of a printer supply store.
