I rented a property from Creative Concepts for 3 years. The property was in great shape and the few minor issues that were identified during move-in inspection were promptly corrected. Any issues I reported over the years were treated the same; prompt responses, good service. The entire staff was always helpful and provided timely answers to questions, concerns, or issues that arose. I always felt that I was treated very well, not just as "another renter" with some issue. My final-out inspection was conducted promptly and they recognized "normal wear & tear" where appropriate. They were easy to

Creative Concepts was my property manager for 8 + years. They are wonderful and responsive. Natalie, who is now the owner of the business, and Kay handled necessary services for my property in a timely manner. Any time I called, they were there to assist me. Every year I was in need of a tenant, they were able to provide one; people who were responsible tenants. Do not pay attention to negative reviews. Most of them are renters who did not receive their deposit because they failed to abide by the rules. All of my tenants received their deposits when they left. I recently sold my property

Never rents from them unless you want to do Everything yourself and loose your deposit.
I had a water leak that flooded the house. The handyman had to get someone out to clean. The office said we will wait tell morning. There was an 1 1/2" of water on the floor. They finally sent someone out to vacuum up the water, but the next day it was the agency had no contact with the construction company. I received notice on the Friday at 4:30 that I needed to be out of the house by Monday and the house had to be left Move in ready. What the Heck. The landlord was nice enough to let me out of the lease

Used Creative Concepts to handle our seasonal rental in Yuma. They were very helpful in finding renters for our property and then effectively screening them as needed. They made sure our renters had what they needed and were well cared for. Natalie was our primary contact and was a superb communicator, keeping us well informed as to what was happening. We very comfortably recommend her and Creative Concepts if you are either a landlord looking for management assistance or a renter looking for a place to live.

Horrible Communication. A realtor set up appointment for a walk through on Monday. We got there and wait and no one showed up so we called to see if they were running late and the lady who answered had no schedule showing and the place already had pending application. Complete waste of time. Obviously lack of communication.

Dishonest people who will lie to your face and try to keep your deposit. Furthermore, they say they'll fix things and never do. They are unprofessional and slimy.
Read every document they give you before you sign it.
They must give 48 hours notice before entering your home. They will try and get you to sign a document saying they only need to give 24 hours notice.
They can't make you keep your utilities on for 72 hours after you've moved out so that they can clean and do repairs. They will try and get your to sign a document saying that if you don't leave your utilities

BEWARE- Your security deposit will not be returned!!!! It does not matter how good you clean or take care of the place, your security deposit will not be returned. After living in one of their homes for over 3 years and taking care of the place, a check of $45 was returned from a $900 security deposit. We cleaned up the yard but were charged $230 for a yard clean up. We moved out on the 5th of the month and they decided to clean up weeds on the 21st. Of course weeds will grow back!!!! We were exhausted with all the cleaning we did and the move out walk through seemed to have gone well- so we thought

This management company is HORRIBLE!! They didn't realize we were moving in before the first of the month (even though it states it on our lease agreement). None of the improvements were done that we were promised. The carpets smelled of pet urine, the blinds were all bent and unusable, there weren't any light covers throughout the house. The conditions were miserable and they did NOTHING to improve them. Upon moving out, they tried to say that there were things wrong w/ the house that were wrong when we moved in. DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!
