Does your photographer reward you? Once you book your 10th shoot, your 11th booking is FREE! You will receive a free 20 photo standard package. This includes NEXT DAY turnaround, tv and fireplace image input, and blue sky replacement. Who wouldn't want that!? Let us know if you want to join, we will take it from there!
If you want to split-up a shoot and do interiors one day and exteriors another day the first shoot is billed as a full shoot and the exteriors are billed as a separate "exteriors only" shoot. Once you book online, you will receive a confirmation email and text. There is an option within the confirmation email where you can change the status of the appointment.
Front yard is neat, the grass mowed and the leaves swept away. Toys, bicycles, trash cans put away and be sure the cars are out of the driveway. Island and countertops clear to emphasize counter space. Clean countertops of small appliances and clutter. Refrigerator clear of sports schedules, school lunch menus and magnets.

The photographer was a few minutes late but was courteous to text me that he would be. He really worked with the sellers wishes as they got their home ready, was patient and attentive to them. He produced wonderful images and tours that were to impressive and delivered them quickly. I would use him again.

I've been working with QHI Media for the past year and they have always done an impeccable job with my listing photos. They always answer the phone, they confirm your appointment with multiple emails, they arrive on time, and I think their value is great for the service that they provide. I am extremely pleased with my initial experience through QHI. I utilized both the photography and video services. The photographer was great! She was on time for our easily-scheduled appointment and worked methodically to complete her shoot without delay. The quality of the photographs as well as the video was terrific. On Sept. 30/2021 We hired QHI to photograph a hunting lodge that we designed as we are Interior Designers. The photographer Ryan was great and very knowledgeable. The photos came out beautiful! Awesome experience from start to finish. I was able to book an appointment for the next day on short notice and had all my photos, videos, and Matterport available a few hours after the shoot. QHI also traveled an hour outside of Denver to accommodate a listing in the mountains and still honored their standard prices. I will definitely be using QHI again and highly recommend them.
