We ordered flowers today hoping for delivery tomorrow but settled on Sunday (per the web site). The kind gentleman called and said “do you mind if we deliver them tonight?” YES PLEASE! My sister-in-law was not only thrilled with the bouquet but she said the gentleman delivering the flowers was one of the nicest people she ever met. And she loves the arrangement and was so happy to start celebrating her birthday a day early (with their excellent customer service getting the flowers to her tonight.) We sincerely appreciate the artistry of the bouquet but especially the amazing customer service

We recently celebrated my mother's 90th birthday. I called to have flowers delivered. I asked specifically that they be "magnificent" for such a celebration. I asked if spending $100 would get such an arrangement. I was told the higher you spend, the larger the arrangement. So I went with a $125.00 arrangement ($145 after tax and delivery). When we went to my mother's house on her birthday I was quite taken aback when I saw the arrangement that was delivered. Far from magnificent. Pedestrian to say the least. Just called to order centerpiece for my mom as I do every year from them. I had called him last year because my family sent a pic of it & it was tiny (i had upgraded the design “christmas in medford village”). I told him i was not happy & he sent my mom flowers in january to make up for it. Well once I gave him my moms address he remembered the situation & basically said - flowers are hard to come by this year...what? I get it you do not want my business. Goodbye

The guy is sooo nice. They were closed when I got here and when I called he opened up the doors for me and stayed another half hour to arrange something for me. I also didn’t know exactly what I wanted I just described height, different colors, and price and he came up with something so beautiful for me.

I ordered 2 dozen yellow roses for a friend who just lost her mother. Having to deal with the loss for her mother during COVID19 is just terrible. I have not used the Medford Florist prior so as you can assume a little nervous. However I had no reason to be... This was the response i received about the flowers Medford Florist delivered.......

When we booked our daughter's wedding with Braddock's Tavern in Medford we received the recommendation that we check out Medford Florist to provide the flowers for the event. We made an appointment and met with Simon, the owner. Simon was fun to meet with and we brainstormed our ideas with pictures we found on the internet. We provided our own centerpiece goblets and let Simon run with them. He did an amazing job. The flowers added elegance to the decor and the bridal bouquets were exactly what we envisioned. Simon is professional and creative with plenty of ideas to get the job done

When it comes to flowers, I am particular, demanding & downright snobbish. I recently moved back to the area, and went to a florist that someone recommended (that I will not name here). I didn't like any of the flowers in their case, they all looked sad and near death. So I traveled over to Main St. Medford to another florist that was recommended, and they were not open At 10:45am on a weekday. Seriously? On my ride home, the sign for Medford Florist & Gift shop caught my eye. I'm so glad it did!

I have been the lucky recipient of a dozen bouquets from Simon at Medford Florist. Each time, the flowers are unique, gorgeous, fragrant, and well designed. The best part off all. .. the arrangement lasts almost always for two weeks. TWO WEEKS!

My journey to Medford Florist started with me seeking flowers for our wedding. I spoke to Simon over the phone and we scheduled an appt to meet up in person to discuss my further needs of flowers. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and full of amazing ideas. I helped him by bringing pics of my own ideas to the table and he helped by adding his own insight. Outstanding little shop on Main St. in Medford. The owner, Simon, understands flowers and puts together the freshest, most beautiful, and longest-lasting arrangements I've seen. He works closely with the customer to produce something unique and personal. He's also quick to offer helpful tips to get the most out of your arrangement.
