Windsor Lane Health Care is a privately-owned skilled nursing facility just 30 minutes southeast of Toledo and 15 minutes west of Fremont in Gibsonburg, Ohio. We offer a caring, supportive environment to all who cross our threshold, and are blessed with a group of committed employees who remain with us over the years; neighbors caring for neighbors.
Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health, Windsor Lane is certified as a provider for Medicare and Medicaid, and approved by many managed care networks. Although we accommodate skilled nursing needs for many, Windsor Lane isn't just another skilled nursing home. We offer specialized services that focus on TWO unique primary care needs: memory care and bariatric skilled care.

Services
Windsor Lane Health Care is a privately-owned skilled nursing facility with a history of service and care spanning over 30 years. Employees of all disciplines, direct and indirect care with a genuine interest in working in healthcare have dedicated many years to serving the residents of our facility.
When an aging family member or loved one can no longer receive the care that they need at home, or are in need of assistance that can be a daily demand on the lives of others, two care options to consider are assisted living and skilled nursing facilities (SNF). These two resources can make a difference in the quality of recovery and life, whether after an accident/injury or just overall declining health.
Our on-site Therapy Department offers Physical, Speech and Language, Occupational, and Lymphedema Therapy services for our residents. In addition, Restorative Nursing Care offers ongoing support to residents in need of long term assistance with ambulation. Our spacious therapy department offers ample room to those receiving therapy services and is also available to residents for exercise and muscle strengthening programs.
Serenity Lane was built and created to meet the needs of the Alzheimer's and Dementia community. It is a beautifully decorated, locked and secured unit housed within Windsor Lane Health Care, offering a safe, secure, and comfortable environment. Our layout is designed to FEEL more like a home, while giving our staff full visibility of all entry points, ensuring the safety and care of our residents.
If you are the primary caregiver of a loved one who is living with Alzheimer's or some other form of Dementia, then I'm sure you don't need someone to tell you how much effort goes into your day. Caregiving for a loved one with dementia is perhaps one of the most challenging - and with the right support, rewarding - roles that a person can take on.

This has got to be the worst place in the entire universe. Both my parents got Covid because they were not following protocol. Their kitchen staff quit, and now the residents don't get their breakfast between 10 or 11 am. They have no contingency plan in place and their residents are paying the consequence of their incompetency. Do not send hour love one to them. They will be neglected. They do not know how to run a facility. This review was written in 8/2020
