After the lockdown in 2020 I was in desperate need of my eyebrows being done and ended up going to someone random at a local nail place who butchered my eyebrows... Big mistake. I started going to Kayla after this and she's been nothing short of a miracle worker. I drive 45 mins one way because Kayla is so detail oriented and just good at her job. I buy the eyebrow package as I go consistently and it ends up saving you some $$ highly recommend this place!

The owner is very unprofessional and rude and CONFUSED. I do no recommend this spa. I had a bad service and experience. I was tripe charged with no apology. and my brows were badly waxed. I was charged $100 3 separate times over 4 days for a service that wasn't even worth $15.00. Then when reviewing my experience the owner Jessica is combative and argumentative.

Jessica and her team are phenomenal souls who care about your well being and experience. Such a swanky place to get self care, and the front desk is always pleasant. Jessica's team uses cutting edge products to deliver effective and dermatological results. Not a run of the mill chain. These folks care about your care needs and the city.

Loved loved loved coming here. Fairly easy to make an appointment online for a number of services. I've come here for brow wax + lamination and eyelash lift several times in the last 3 months, seeing both Julie and Adriana. Both women are fantastic at what they do.

The environment at this spa is very clean and welcoming. I always leave here as a happy client.

This review is overdue. I have been coming to Glow Spa and Wax House for approximately 6 months. I have referred several co-workers and friends here because the service is phenomenal and they are an expert at their craft. In my opinion, and as a service-based business owner myself, I strongly believe any service related to the body or a person in any way should be always gentle and caring. Especially the first time.

I found the service at this place to be very cold and mechanic. In, wax, out. No reassuring, no explanation of the procedure.

I booked my brow lamination and tint about a month ago so I wanted to see how everything went before I left a review.

The place itself was very cute and clean. The ambiance was very nice and calm. The staff was nice and the person that did was eyebrows was awesome! She was so sweet and personable! Talking to her was great. I have great eyebrows beforehand but wanted to try this new trend of lamination so I trusted her and what she wanted to do. After looking online I don't think it is what the "fluffy eyebrow" look is. She sort of brushed them over instead of brushing them up.

When I want to live the motto "Treat yoself!", there is no better place to spend quality time than at Glow! From the warm, welcoming ambiance to the highly trained aestheticians, they've been winning my business since they opened. I've seen both Jessica and Adriana on different occasions. They are warm, engaging and put their clients at immediate ease in what could otherwise be an uncomfortable situations. I love this place! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I have naturally bushy brows & it’s safe to say I have been getting them done for practically my whole life. I’ve moved from California & was searching for a good place to get mine shaped after growing them out for 2 months (which is not fun) & I went here. Honestly, for $60, it’s a big fat no. I’ve had better brow shaping from a nail salon than here. The shape was awful even tho I counseled her on what I wanted & then after there were many spots left that needed to be cleaned up. I didn’t get my brows filled afterward which is part of the price & I just would not recommend going here

I love my eyebrows so much. I got them micro bladed and they look so natural. Exactly what I wanted. I was pretty specific with how I wanted them to look and they came out beautiful. At first I thought the color was off, but once stepping into better light, the were the absolute perfect match. I would highly recommend.

Best in Austin. The spa is beautiful and everyone is really professional and pleasant to work with. Jessica is more up-to-date on industry innovations than anyone else I've ever seen. She's really good about explaining all of the treatment options and exactly what to expect before, during and after - no surprises and I'm always happy with the results.

I have lived with these eyebrows for 45 years and I really thought they'd be the same shape, thickness, arch, etc forever. I didn't think I could have brows that were a better match for my hair color, more on-trend in shape, and still look like my natural brows.

The staff is nice and the office looks beautiful. So I've got nothing against those. I went in for a wax a couple weeks ago and was disappointed in the results. I'm a seasoned waxer and have been waxed by many people over the course of the years at many salons. I think they use a different type of wax that doesn't pull out all the hair. I think there was something different in the technique and/or wax which made the hair grow back very quickly and gave me itchy ingrown hairs.
