Founded in 1986 by James Michael Milligan in Columbus, Ohio, our focus has always been the Specialized Design Practice of Senior Living. Since JMM Architect's founding in 1986, our design has sought to enhance quality of life for senior citizens, through innovation within the Architectural marketplace. As designers, we pursue greater solutions for senior well-being within the built environment and achieve a more empowered and engaged experience - one that exceeds conventional perceptions of environments for the aging.
JMM Architects achieve success through understanding our clients' objectives and operations, and then implementing project design in a collaborative manner. Couldn’t have been more pleased over our 5 year relationship with JMM from 2013-2018. Headed a 75M repositioning of our Dublin Campus at Friendship Village with great skill and finesse as the project included 50M of new construction across all care levels . Although retired now I would recommend them heartily as they exclusively serve the senior living population and carry an owners viewpoint on quality, efficiency of operation, management of cost of construction while designing an attractive product for current and future buyers.
