Dave Bernard is a liar and he and the owner of Hoang Realty tried to bamboozel me. Dave Bernard was my realtor as I later learned, the buyer's realtor was the owner of Hoang realty. Dave Bernard lied to me about the contract, yelled at me on the phone while at work to the point I was crying, harassing me into signing a contract. He told me I had tell 5pm to sign the contract and I don't get out of work tell 5:30 pm. Then Dave told me it was normal that the seller pay for the buyer's closing costs (that's not true) and that the word "investigation" added to the contract
