I tell you that I have never had such a thorough consultation, and we had plenty!! Charles came in and politely removed his shoes, which I find so respectful. I learned so much! He helped us make a better decision to the point where we had to reconsider (and consider) some things. Timely, professional and informative. Even if we DON'T ( which we definitely will) I would refer JAFD!!!

We purchased a new shower from JFD for $9800. After waiting 3 months for the install, here are all of the issues we currently have with this new shower: shelves are not level and put in the wrong places, the footrest is not level and put at the wrong height, the footrest also is the wrong material and has a nick in the fabric, missing ceiling panel and they left a nick in our ceiling, the caulking at the base of shower and floor is messy, the door is missing and waiting for parts, and they lowered our shower head about 3 inches which it is now lower than the homeowner and they refuse to fix it

We had the sales manager, Ricky, come out to our house to give us an estimate regarding screening in our back porch and adding ez breeze windows to our existing screened in porch. The only thing positive about the experience was that he showed up. Because of the surge in home renovations, we were just happy to get someone here and we were ready to go forward after getting the estimate. We must have called his personal cell phone at least 10 times to tell him we wanted to give put down our deposit to secure our spot on the schedule.after not getting a return phone call back I called the office to

Highly recommended! Very nice bathrooms now thanks to Scott! Very reasonably priced with lifetime warranty! No grout to scrub so the walls in the bath/showers will stay clean & won’t need replacement like tiles do since from my experience since grout can erode. We’re talking early 90s grout & I’m no expert so I don’t know if the typical grout concoction these days comes with a lifetime warranty. I chose the white marble look with grey accent line marks. Looks fabulous & like a spent a fortune which I didn’t! A nice million steps up from the standard all white typical cheap shower/baths

We had a walk in shower done and it looks great just like the pictures the contractor Scott was awesome really awesome he did a great job and took his time doing it because I asked him please not rush through the job I wanted it to look like what I saw in the pictures he was very pleasant, he did it without disturbing me because I work from home and he was very professional. Once this first bathroom is paid for we want Scott again if he is available and if not we will wait for him to become available to do a walk in shower in our master bathroom. I will let this company put up ads in my yard to
