My daughter had her regular three week check up. They didn’t have a morning or afternoon appointment available so I had to make a middle of the day appointment. I hated to take a half day or for my daughter to miss school but sometimes that’s just what you do. I also scheduled an appointment with my own doctor that day as to make the best use of this half vacation day I would be using. When I got to my daughters school it was on lock down sadly. Question?? How can my daughters retainer not fit??? That bothers me so much since the office has been inside her mouth for years and when its time for the retainer it doesn't fit?? As precise as an industry this is im disappointed, no DD card can change that especially when I'm given a drive by explanation. Would a doctor give a patient a medical device that is ineffective??? I guess so!

CFSS is a great wonderful environment. It has a soothing feel inside. The building was just rebuilt and now has a even better outside appearance. I am so happy to go every appointment. Even though I live an hour away I wouldn't choose anywhere else. There are three offices. I haven't been to them but I believe it will be just the same atmosphere.
