This was my first time having a piece of jewelry appraised, and I am glad I went to Danielle! She was thorough and was able to provide me detailed information on the ring and her process. I brought a bunch of family heirloom pieces; some with stones. Some without. Danielle was careful to inquire about my goal. Was I looking for an appraisal to prep for sale? Was it for insurance? Or was it to simply gain an understanding of my holdings? We got right down to business. It was was very clear to me that this wasn’t going to be a retail experience. With a history of working with high-end establishments Danielle has developed a discriminating eye. She notices things like hand vs. machine cut, modern vs. heirloom, …and quality. Overall I had a great experience with Danielle and she was very knowledgable. I had called her on a Sunday and scheduled for a Tuesday appraisal with same day pickup. Very professional, good background working at jewelry stores, and I received a very fair appraisal on my watch for insurance purposes, thus ensuring that I will be able to replace it should anything happen to it. Very quick and 5/5 experience. Will be returning to her for other appraisals or to acquire new pieces. Highly recommend!
